Pediasure organic vanilla powder, is for kids 1- 10 years of age. It is specially made for kids with increased nutrient needs and helps with growth & development
This powder, has 27 essential vitamins and minerals & a high quality protein to support growth and development. It also a prebiotic and probiotic blend to support immunity. Calcium and Vitamin D to support healthy bone and muscle development.
It has been created keeping in mind children who are at nutritional risk due to medical conditions, children who are undernourished and kids whose growth patterns are below the average for the age group.
PediaSure Organic is suitable for children 1-10 years old and can be used as a nutritional supplement with or between meals. It is a supplemental source of nutrition that is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Usage Directions:
To prepare one 225 mL serving: pour 190 mL of room temperature or cold water into a cup and gradually mix in 5 levelled scoops or 48.6 g of PediaSure powder.
1 - 8 Years: Up to 2 servings per Day **
9-10 Years: Up to 3 servings per Day**
** Serving = 48.6 g powder in 190mL water to yield 225
Never heat PediaSure Organic in a microwave oven. Serious burns can result. Mixing formula with water above 35° C may compromise the benefits of the probiotics.
Tube feeding instructions: follow physician or dietititan directions.
Storage:
Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool, dry place, but not refrigerated.
Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks.
Prepared PediaSure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Warnings:
Food for special medical purposes; use under medical supervision. Not for children with galactosaemia. Not for parenteral use. Sse before end date on bottom of can.
PediaSure Organic is indicated for children whose patterns of growth are below those of their age group, whose caloric and nutrient requirements are increased due to a medical condition- who are undernourished or have decreased food intake due to illness or diminished Appetite.
